To create a new customer, navigate to Customers in the main menu and click the Create Customer button. Fill in the required information including company name, contact details, and billing address. You can also add multiple contacts for each customer account to keep all stakeholders connected to their orders.
From the Quotes section, click Create Quote and select the customer. Add line items by searching your product catalog or creating custom items. Set pricing, quantities, and any applicable markups or discounts. Once complete, you can send the quote directly to your customer for approval or convert it to an order.
You can create an order directly from the Orders section by clicking Create Order, or convert an approved quote into an order. Select your customer, add products with quantities and pricing, and set delivery details. Orders can be sent to customers for payment and approval through their personalized order portal.
Purchase Orders are created from existing customer orders. Navigate to the order detail page and click Create Purchase Order. Select your vendor, specify the items and quantities being ordered, and set the expected delivery date. The PO can be sent directly to your vendor and tracked through fulfillment.
Each order has a unique customer portal link that can be shared for approvals and payments. From the order detail page, click the Share button to copy the link or send it directly via email. Customers can view order details, approve artwork, and submit payment securely through their personalized portal without needing a PromoSoft account.
Yes! PromoSoft allows for enabling ACH (bank transfer) and credit card payments. If you already have a merchant account setup, navigate to Settings > Payments and toggle the various payment methods you would like to accept. If you have not yet created a merchant account, please create a support ticket to request one.
To change your company logo, navigate to Settings > Brand > Logo in the main menu. Click the upload button to select your logo file from your computer. For best results, use a high-resolution PNG or SVG file with a transparent background.
