Provide us with some general company + billing information, and sign up for a merchant account to process payments.
Within three (3) business days we will deploy an instance that will include branding to match your business aesthetic.
Our team will provide multiple training sessions either in-person or via ZOOM to educate your staff on how to use the platform.
1. Onboarding
Once a customer has decided to join the platform, we will provide an customized onboarding link where they can provide some general buisness information, opt-into accepting online payments, review the pricing/terms, and make the initial payment to officially start the membership.
After the onboarding form is completed, we will get to work on deploying the customized PromoSoft instance within three (3) business days.
2. Customize & Deploy
With onboarding complete, one of our techs will configure an instance at the agreed upon subdomain (promo.yourdmain.com) and handle any branding, data transfer, and related enhancements as part of the chosen plan.
Once the PromoSoft instance has been setup on the desired domain and tested internally for quality assurnace, we will schedule a live training session and create user accounts for all staff as needed.
3. Live Training
During the initial live training sessions we will screen share and explain the process of how to take an order from quote to delivery using the PromoSoft platform.
After a brief walkthrough of how to manage the various features, we will then take questions from the team to try and address any initial concerns before poening up the platform for them to start exploring directly.
We will schedule a follow-up session typically within 1-2 weeks of the first session for additional live Q+A with the staff, and the support ticket system will be available from the first day of deployment.
