From there, we’ll collaborate to prioritize the features and capabilities that matter most. Together, we’ll map out your short‑term objectives (e.g. “optimize order entry”) alongside your longer‑term vision (e.g. “scale to multiple sales channels”), ensuring we focus on what will move the needle.

Finally, we’ll review our core plans and available add‑ons—whether it’s advanced reporting, multi‑site management, or custom API integrations—and recommend the perfect mix to match your priorities and budget. This ensures your PromoSoft solution is tailored to deliver the right functionality today, with the flexibility to grow as your needs evolve.

2. Customize & Deploy

Once we have a better understanding of your needs and have drawn up the implementation plan, our engineers will apply your brand - logo, color palette, typography, and imagery across all vierws, emails, and notifications to make it feel like a natural extension of your business.

This process typically takes a couple of days to complete, unless custom enahncements have been requested which will vary in scope. Delivery time on any custom enhancements will be provided at the time of agreement.

With the instance fully customized and tested, the next step is to actually launch the build which we can host on a preferred subdomain such as app.yourdomain.com.

3. Live Training

Our sessions aren’t one‑way demos. Every attendee can ask questions in real time, annotate the interface, and take notes alongside our expert. We’ll pause whenever needed to dive deeper into advanced topics, review real‑world scenarios, or address “what‑if” questions. And if you’d like to record the session for future reference, we’ll set that up too.

From a single power user to a full office rollout, we scale the training to match your headcount and roles. Need separate tracks for administrators, sales reps, and fulfillment staff? No problem. We’ll customize the agenda, exercises, and reference materials so each group leaves confident in their day‑to‑day tasks—and excited about what’s next.
